Refund Policy

All new IPTV subscriptions come with a 24-hour risk-free trial period. If within 24 hours of activation you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied for any reason, you qualify for a full refund. This applies to all plans: 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, and multi-screen packages.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact our UK support team via WhatsApp: +44 7474 797101 within 24 hours of your IPTV subscription activation. Please provide your account email and reason for refund. Our team will process your request within 24-48 hours.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email. For PayPal payments, funds return to your PayPal balance. For card payments, they appear on your bank statement.

4. Situations Not Covered by Refund

Refunds are not available after 24 hours from activation. Partial refunds for unused portions of longer subscriptions are not offered. Issues related to customer's internet speed or incompatible device configurations may be resolved through technical support rather than refund.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a chargeback, please contact our support team. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action to recover fees.

1. Service Description

UK Stream Hub provides a premium British IPTV subscription service with access to 20,000+ live channels and 160,000+ VOD titles. We offer 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans as well as multi-screen packages. Service is provided "as is" with 99.9% uptime target.

2. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree to: (a) use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only; (b) not share login credentials with unauthorized third parties; (c) not resell or redistribute our IPTV service; (d) comply with all applicable UK laws; (e) not attempt to bypass security measures or reverse engineer our platform.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IPTV subscription credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by stolen or compromised credentials.

4. Payment and Billing

All IPTV subscription fees are due at time of purchase. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We use secure third-party payment processors. Automatic renewal is not enabled; you must manually renew your plan.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive for 99.9% uptime but may perform scheduled maintenance affecting availability. We reserve the right to modify channel lineups, VOD content, or features without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

6. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your IPTV subscription for: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) abuse of support staff; (d) any activity that harms our service. Upon termination, no refund is provided for the remaining period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, UK Stream Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our IPTV service. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription term.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
